Ben Murphy has
not felt right about Alias Smith and Jones since the tragic
death of his original partner, Peter Duel, last December.
And Roger Davis, who replaced Peter, felt he had been
put in an unfair position from the beginning--being asked to
"fill the shoes" of someone as popular as Peter without
a change in character. So neither Ben or Roger was sorry to see
Alias Smith and Jones leave the tube.
